Charm Level is calculated by all your collected items Charm Value
Found in Profile (Personal Information) top left corner
Each avatar customization item has different Charm Value, that adds up points to your Charm Level
When you purchase/acquire any new item, the Charm Value of it gets added to your Charm level (once)
Collect as many items in your inventory as you can, to increase your Charm Level!
After you purchase/get an item - your Charm Level increases, adding the item Charm Value to the progress Exp

You can check your clothing item Charm Value in Bag:
If you hold click on an item in your Bag, detailed menu opens showing this item Charm Value
Clicking on the Charm Value Icon in Bag opens a list of all currently equipped items Charm Value
In Rankings tab, you can see players with the highest total Charm Value acquired (Weekly/Last Week/Total)
See how much Charm Value you’ve collected in this time period (Weekly/Last Week/Total)
